* California: Northern and Southern CA, all counties
* Arizona: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson and surrounding
* Nevada: Las Vegas and surrounding
* Utah: Salt Lake and surrounding
* Colorado: Denver and Surrounding (Broomfield to Parker)

Other Criteria:
* Acquisitions: Minimum 30,000 net rentable SF
* Minimum population density of 30,000 in 3-mile radius
* Development: Minimum 40,000 SF parcels up to 10 acres
* Interested in environmentally challenged sites
